Georgina Kennel & Obedience Club- November 7-9
Vanderbilt's Pastel Paint goes out to the show ring again. Shown by Judi Elford on Friday and Blair Elford on Saturday & Sunday, Pastel picked up her first point on Sunday. While Judi and Blair handled Pastel I took their little girl Ivy into the show ring on Sunday. Ivy won Winners Bitch for her first point. Thanks to Judi and Blair for giving me an opportunity to work with a new dog!

Caledon Kennel Association: Samoyed Club of Ontario Specialty-November 29
Vanderbilt's Gemini O'Takenak made her re-entry into the world of dog showing after a 3 month hiatus. And boy she did so with spirit. Gem was handled by Blair Elford for the Sweepstakes class, and then handed over to me for the Best of Sweepstakes after winning her class. Gem was awarded Best of Sweepstakes from the classes under Marjorie Goodenough. Gem went on to the regular classes and stole the show by winning Best of Breed from the classes (yet again) under judge Gunnel Holm. What a way to start off a championship! Thank you to Blair for helping with the handling of Gem and the judges who thought our girl was a star!!
